Hot Desk

Hot Desk lets your log in and out of an extension, rather then having a fixed phone extension. This is useful in a call center environment where a desk can be shared by multiple users, or if you are using a guest office.

Hot Desk login

1. Enter the feature code 513.
2. Enter the extension number and password.
3. Press * or press the SAVE softkey.

Hot Desk logout

1. Enter the feature code 513.
2. Enter the extension number and password.
3. Enter your call forward phone number, or press # if call forward is not required.
4. Press * or press the SAVE softkey.
