Direct Voicemail Transfer

You can transfer a call directly to another extension's voicemail. The caller will hear the extension's voice mailbox greeting and can record a message after the tone.

Transfer to voicemail

1. While on a call, press the TRANS softkey.
2. Press the Message button.
3. Enter the destination extension,  or press the speed dial button (DSS key) for the user if one is programmed.
4. Hang up.
