Description:
This is a back end change being added to the SBC mainly for security purposes.
The default that will be present upon upgrade is to limit extensions from placing more than 10 calls / minute. Any attempts beyond that within the minute timeframe will be met with reorder tone.
Additional security measures will be evaluated and implemented as required.
