iPECS Cloud Premium or Premium Plus licensing is required to use this feature.
Description:
In previous iPECS Cloud releases, when a Hunt Group call was logged in the the iPECS One clients, the Hunt Group name would show; but the information logged about the actual caller, only their Caller ID Number, and not their name, would be logged.
As of version 6.1, this behavior has been changed and now both the Hunt Group (or DDI) name AND the Caller Name will be displayed.
Note that the Caller Name will be present in line 1 and the Hunt Group (or DDI) name will be present in line 3 of the Call Log as below.
