Hot Desk User Supports Shared Lines

License Required:

iPECS Shared licensing is required to use this feature.


Register Hot Desk Users as Virtual Users in User Setup, which allows them to be registered as Shared Line member


Customer Manager Portal > User > User Setup

  • Register a Hot Desk User in the User Setup

  • In previous versions of User Setup, it was not possible to register a Hot Desk User as a member of a Shared Line. However, with P6.0, it is now possible.
  • Customer Manager Portal > Call Manger > Shared Line
