Description:
This feature allows a caller to press a programmed digit to exit a user's voice mailbox greeting and forward to programmed destination, e.g. an attendant.
Programmability:
This feature is programmed in the User's portal as shown below. It is important to note that the user should mention the programmed digit when recording their voicemail greeting and optionally where the caller will be sent when pressing it.
