Vertical is excited to announce that we will soon be rolling out the newest version of iPECS Cloud, iPECS Cloud 5.0. There are numerous important features included in this release, including:
- The ability for customers to log in to the manager or user portal with their MS Azure AD credentials.
- The ability for agents to log on to more than one ACD group.
- A tiered calling solution for routing Management calls to their assistants.
